First conceptualized in 2020 through the architectural vision of Rafaela and Stefano Nardini and rooted in culinary expertise, Simply Capri strives to transport its guests to the coast of southern Italy. This is achieved through its cultural representative program and the use of authentic ingredients in à la minute food preparation within a meticulously designed and decorated restaurant space. As part of its dedication to cultural exchange, Simply Capri participates in the Q1 visa program—a nonimmigrant visa that allows individuals to take part in international cultural exchange programs in the United States.
Through this program, participants from Italy are given the opportunity to share their customs, traditions, and culinary heritage with American guests, while also gaining exposure to American culture. Sponsored by Simply Capri as a designated cultural exchange host, these individuals help enrich the dining experience and fulfill the restaurant’s mission of delivering an immersive and educational cultural journey.

As an Italian Q1 visa holder, you will share the cultural aspects of your home country of Italy in the dining room.
LIVING
As residents in housing complexes, participants have the chance to meet other international and domestic participants and live in a comfortable community.

Q1 QUALIFICATIONS
To participate, candidates must
- Be fluent in English
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have an Italian Passport valid for at least 2 years from time of submission
- Be responsible for round trip airfare to and from Orlando, Florida
- Exit the United States upon completion of their program
- Have one year’s experience in Food and Beverage
